We do not advise that you allow smokers in your home, we do have a pet policy that will allow for certain pets depending on the type of animal and the size.
All pets will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the seller making the final decision.

10. What happens if my house is not rented when my new home is ready?
With our property lease assistance program we will help cover the payment until the old house is rented.
